I know I’d go see it.

xkcd FTW. Serenity and Firefly FTW! :)
Presumably you have your copy of the Serenity Collectors Edition by now?
Not yet… I am a very bad fan. :-( I have the episodes and the regular Serenity DVD…. I’ll have to take a look for that ce at some point. Does it have enough extras to make it worthwhile?
Right now, we’re moving, so the belt is tightened as far as entertainment items… But if it’s worth it, it will definitely find a place on The List.
If you’ve only got the US release of the original, then it’s definitely worth it. It’s got all the extras that were on the Australian release. In addition there is an all new cast commentary, and inclusion of the River Tam sessions.
I’m going to get it, and I already have the Australian version.
Probably the biggest incentive is that Joss Whedon implied in an interview that the possibility of a sequel is very much tied up in the amount of sales of the CE DVD.
Hmm. That is a good incentive. Of course, it’s also possible that his new (house|car|etc) payment is very much tied up in the amount of sales of the DVD… ;-)
The CE does sound worth checking out, though.
