Most people with little weight to lose find the diet much less successful and harder to tune, though some have had success.

A number of people have described the diet as “try it, if it works, then buy the book” with the follow-up comment “it worked, why should I buy the book.”

I’ve given away three shipments of the book so far, but I know few people who have actually bought one (most in my circle just hit my wife up for one of the copies I bought).
