Greasemonkey and Netflix

If you use Firefox (and why wouldn’t you?), and if you are also using Netflix (because who likes actually stopping at the video store), and if you are also using the Firefox Extension Greasemonkey (hang on, we’re getting to a point here), there is a slick userscript called the Netflix Queue Manager which you want to see in action.

At first, I almost forgot that I had installed the script, and thought that Netflix had gone all “Ajax” and redesigned their queue page; but no, it was this Greasemonkey script I had installed. Very slick; it allows you to drag and drop the movies to change their queue position, or to simply move up or down one position with a single click. You still need to save your changes once you’ve made them with a button at the bottom of the queue, because that’s just the way Netflix works; all Greasemonkey can allow is some cosmetic restyling, basically. In this case, the restyling is pretty useful. Check it out.
