Continuing in the "customer service" vein… Today I came across a page by Steve Friedl called, So you want to be a consultant?
It’s not a new page; I had seen it before, and it’s still an interesting read.
One thing that I had forgotten which, to me, sums up a large percentage of "Customer Service" in one fell swoop was this piece of advice.
Give the customer the Warm Fuzzy Feeling.
